Can I buy an outfit without the bear?

Yes! Just choose the Outfit Only option in any product, and you’ll receive the costume without the bear.

Can the bears' joints rotate?

Yes! Every Cubbie bear comes with movable joints, so you can pose them any way you like!

How do I care for my Cubbie bear?

We recommend gentle cleaning with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry to keep your bear soft and safe.

How soon will I receive my bear?

We offer free worldwide shipping. Orders usually take 7–12 business days depending on your country. You’ll get a tracking number to check your order status anytime.

What if I want to return my bear?
